BOOKING FEES AND PAYMENT

In order to book your appointment $50 booking fee will be required during checkout. That way you can guarantee and secure your appointment.

Booking fees are non-refundable.

​

On the day of your appointment, your final balance will be adjusted based on the deposit you paid at the time of booking. Payment of the balance in full is required. Our payment methods include cash, credit cards, and debit cards.  

PROCEDURE DATE

ARRIVE ON TIME.

Time is of the essence to us, and we appreciate the same courtesy from our clients.

​

Due to schedule conflicts, we cannot accept any late arrivals!

​

Our policy is to cancel appointments if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

​

CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING

We need 48 hours notice

​

if you wish to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment or follow-up session. Unless you provide 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit, and if you decide to rebook, a new deposit will be required.

Not showing up or failing to call:

​

- NO SHOW (1st session), you will forfeit deposit and a new booking fee will be needed.

​

Courtesy Touch up session after 4-6 weeks

​

- Courtesy touch up session after 4-6 weeks from 1st session can ONLY be rescheduled if:

​

  • 48h minimum notice;

  • Can ONLY be postponed up to 6 weeks after 1st session. After that timeframe a regular payed touch-up session will need to be scheduled if desired.

  • ​

- NO SHOW - your courtesy procedure will be CANCELED and you might book a regular touch-up session in according to each session prices.
